The assistant for Maple Creative works closely with Ryan Clover on the communications, scheduling, and day to day operations of running a creative agency.
We’re specifically looking for experienced virtual assistants who are excited to work with our clients; facilitators, course creators, community organizers. We call these people Super Connectors because they bring people together. Strong skills in communication and customer service are a must!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and planning via online calendars
- Manage email inbox, organizing, first response, and handling ad-hoc tasks
- Ensure consistent communication with all active clients
- Keep track of project statuses, and facilitate weekly team meetings
- First response for client support tickets
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Bonus points for having proficiency with tools such as Notion, email management systems, and project management software
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

This is a part-time, on-site role for a WordPress Developer – responsible for front-end and back-end web development in WordPress with a focus on aligning with the direction that WordPress is headed with Block Themes.
We’re specifically looking for developers who are thoughtful about future compatibility and using the native WordPress platform as much as possible. We avoid platforms that lack interoperability. The role involves creating and maintaining websites, ensuring functionality for our care plan clients, and troubleshooting issues for the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites using Block Themes and necessary plugins
- Ensure website functionality for care plan clients
- Implement design elements and maintain visual consistency
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly and engaging websites
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
- Optimize websites for SEO and performance
- Create and maintain documentation for website development processes
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress developments and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in front-end and back-end web development
